Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 9, 2005 at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Tom Stribling, pastor of the 1st United Methodist Church of Happy, officiating. Sibyl M. Gill was born October 16, 1917 to Alexander and Sarah McNeeley Williams. She married Quentin W. Gill March 29, 1947 at Texas City, Texas. She moved to Happy in 1955 where she taught school until she retired. She was a member of the Eastern Star and the 1st United Methodist Church of Happy. Her joys in life were RVing with her husband and being with her grandchildren. Her body will not be available for viewing. Survivors include her husband, Quentin W. Gill, of Canyon; one son, Henry A. Gill, and wife Jean, of Denton, TX; one daughter, Shirley L. Baker, and husband Rusty, of Canyon; two grandchildren, Randy Gill, and wife Jamie, of Carrollton, TX, and Michael Baker, and wife Katy, of Frisco, TX; two great grandchildren, Henry Gill, II, of Carrollton, TX, and Sydney Baker, of Frisco, TX; and one niece, Pat Schilling, of Ft Worth, TX.
