Services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, April 21, 2006 at the First United Pentecostal Church of Canyon with Rev. Roger Johnson, pastor, officiating. He will lie in state at Brooks Chapel in Canyon. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Amarillo, Texas. Roman Romero was born on June 18, 1972 at Post, Texas. He married Clarissa Hernando on July 28, 2001 in Rockwall, Texas. He was a landscaper in Garland and enjoyed most spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Clarissa Romero, of Garland; one daughter, Jessica Rachel Romero, of the home; two sons, Justin Ryan Romero and Giorgio Roman Romero, both of the home; his father, Gabriel Romero, of Post; his mother and stepfather, Caroline and Hussein Mansour of Amarillo; three sisters, Annie Garza and Athena Walls, both of Post, and Amira Mansour, of Amarillo; two brothers, John De la Rosa and Mario Romero, both of Post; grandmothers, Grace Perez, of Canyon and Concha Romero, of Post; five nieces and two nephews.
