Services will be 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 24, 2007 at the First Baptist Church of Canyon with Dr. David Lowrie, pastor, officiating. Graveside services will be Friday, May 25, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. at Magnolia Cemetery in Katy, Texas with Rev. Ron Martin and Rev. Jim Fox officiating. Mrs. Peck was born on September 7, 1920 in Houston. She married Kenneth B. Peck on December 11, 1938 in Center Point. He preceded her in death in1997. Mrs. Peck was formerly of Edna and Fredericksburg. She was a homemaker and had owned Heritage Antiques in Canyon in the 1970"s. She was also preceded in death by her parents and sister. Survivors include her daughter, Beverly Peters and husband, AJ of Canyon; son, Larry Peck and wife, Darlene of Lubbock; three grandchildren, Cimone Neill and husband, Patrick of Colorado Springs, CO, Jeff Peck and wife, Amy of Lubbock, and Carol Antoun and husband, Adel of South Ridings, VA; and six great grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to First Baptist Church Building Fund, 1717 4th Avenue, Canyon, Texas 79015; BSA Hospice, PO Box 950, Amarillo, Texas 79105; or to a charity of choice.
