Graveside services with Military Honors provided by Volleys for Veteran's and the Patriot Guard will follow at Dreamland Cemetery. Peter Darrell McNally was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on June 1, 2016. Born to Michael and Gertrude McNally, Denver, Colorado, October 10, 1931. Married Verlene Shugart July 4, 1958 in Reno, Nevada. He was a member of the last graduating class in Dawson, New Mexico. Served in the US Navy 1950-1972, CPO USN (ret). 2015 graduate of Vista College, Amarillo. Pete volunteered many years at TEXAS, The Musical. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and 4 sisters. Survivors include daughter, Kathy Nicholls and husband, Henderson, of Pueblo, CO; son, Michael McNally of Pueblo; CO; sisters Patsy Wood and Kay McNally of Albuquerque, NM; five grandchildren, Lynette Calkins and husband, Daniel, of Pueblo, CO, Leah McNally of Pueblo, CO, David McNally and wife, Grace, of Richland, WA, Sean McNally, James McNally and Irene Carpenter, of Pueblo, CO; 9 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
