Obituary for Marquita Lenerose
Marquita Lenerose, 81, of Canyon, passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.
Family directed memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Oasis Southwest Baptist Church in Amarillo.
Marquita was born December 1, 1940 in Graham, Texas to J.D. and Oletha Wilton Little. She was a graduate of Amarillo High School. On March 3, 1965, Marquita married Lenny Lenerose in Amarillo.
Marquita was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, J.D. and Oletha Little and a brother, Royce Little.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Lenny Lenerose; two sons, Shaun Lenerose, and Tyson Lenerose and wife, Shannon; three grandchildren, Keaton Lenerose, Aubrey Lenerose, and Landon Lenerose; sister, Charlotte Ashford and husband, Richard; and many other extended family members.
