Mostly singing country western music, she was an accomplished yodeler, and she always ended her air time with the song Beautiful Texas. While a member of the First United Methodist Church in Port Norris, she was choir director for the children’s choir, and she later became director of the adult choir. Lehma was married to Edward Gibson for almost 70 years. She was a beautiful person who was loved deeply by her husband, daughter and her husband, her two grandchildren and their spouses, and her five great grandchildren.
