Kirk Nathaniel Brock, 55, of Canyon, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022. Services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Canyon with Pastor John Elser, officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Brooks Chapel. Burial will be in Dreamland Cemetery at a later date.

Kirk was born on June 28, 1967 in Amarillo to Kenneth and Cora Lee (Hopson) Brock. He was a graduate of Canyon High School where he played baseball and football for the Canyon Eagles. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served as a paratrooper in Anchorage, Alaska.

Kirk worked for Wilhite Refrigeration of Amarillo as a refrigeration technician. He was also a carpenter and enjoyed helping his friends with construction projects. He loved playing golf, fishing, and camping, and enjoyed the mountains of Colorado with his family growing up. He was a loving father. Ute and Conchas lakes later became his favorite places to spend time with his son. Kirk valued his family and his friends and loved spending time with them.

Kirk is preceded in death by his mother, Cora Lee Brock. Survivors include his son, Kolton Brock of Canyon; his father, Kenneth Brock of Canyon; a brother, Keith Brock of Weatherford, TX; and the mother of his son, Shauna Coffee of Littleton, CO.
