Obituary for Kim Muller
Kim Muller, 64, of Canyon, passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Andy Blair, pastor, officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 26 at Brooks Chapel from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M.
Kim was born April 22, 1958 in St. Louis, Missouri to Ed and Pat (Calvert) Muller. She received a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&I University Kingsville.
She was a loving grandmother who spent as much time with her granddaughters as she could. She didn’t mind the long drives to visit them because she cherished her time with her boys and granddaughters. She also loved spending time with her lifelong group of Canyon and WT family, who were always there with a laugh and support in so many ways. She spent her career at WT and still enjoyed supporting the sports teams and her old office in career services.
She was always working on a craft. Whether it was her boards that were on display at her front door or a sticker to put on some cups or plates. She always had a plan for another craft to start.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ed Muller, and her mother, Pat Muller.
Survivors include her sister, Terry Muller; sons, Danny Storey, Jamie Storey and wife Brandi; and granddaughters, Zosia Storey, Olivia Storey, and Penny Storey.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Kim Muller Fund to assist WT students with career placement, WTAMU Foundation, PO Box 60766, Canyon, TX 79016, The First Presbyterian Church, or to the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program.
