Kevin was born on February 14, 1968 in Amarillo. He was a graduate of River Road High School. He married Wanda Howell on February 14, 1999 in Amarillo.

Kevin currently worked at Lone Star Dairy as a butter churn operator, but his most cherished past-time was cowboying and all that it entailed. Kevin loved accompanying his oldest grandson, Blane on the road to his next rodeo.

Kevin was a member of Palo Duro Cowboy Church. He had an enormous love for his family and friends, as he never met a stranger. This gift was instilled in him through his special bond with his grandfather, Raymond Levi Main. To know him was to love him. His second love was his faithful and constant furry companion, Gideon.

Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Raymond and Betty Main and his in-laws, Jimmie and Joyce Howell.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Wanda Fowler; sons, Gary Riley and wife, Jolene, and Trent Riley and wife, Megan; daughter, Shawnda Riley; son, Levi Wood; eight grandchildren who lovingly called him ‘PaPa’, Blane Riley, Brayden Riley, Brody Riley, Aubrey Riley, Abby Jo Riley, Kynzlee Boren, Declan Boren, and Millie Mae Riley; one great grandson, Knoxx Riley; mother, Toni Waters and husband Tim; father, Michael Fowler and wife, Deena; sisters, Kimberly McClure, Keri Cobb and husband, Tyson, and McKenzie George and husband, Colby; sister-in-law, Jorene Wilson and husband, Donnie; and six nieces and nephews, Pj Dovalina, Ashton Read, Shay Johnson, Bailey McClure, Seth Cobb, and Parker Cobb.
