Obituary for Kellie Branum Chance
Kellie Branum Chance, 53, of Amarillo, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021.
Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Brooks Chapel in Canyon with Gene Jones, officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Amarillo. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Brooks Chapel.
Kellie was born on August 28, 1967 in Mexia, Texas to Robert Branum and Beverly Carter Branum. She was a graduate of Wellington High School. Kellie worked at Robert Branum Trucking in Amarillo for more than twenty years and married Andy Chance in Blackwell, Texas on May 30, 2015.
Kellie will be remembered for her big heart and her love for people. She was a great cook and enjoyed diamond painting. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and loved her family, especially her dog, Dru. Kellie’s favorite color was purple.
Kellie was preceded in death by her grandparents and her father, Robert Branum.
Survivors include her husband, Andy Chance; son, Kyle Monnet; daughters, Kalyssa Chance and Lacey Wortman; granddaughter, Mirayah Wortman; her mother, Beverly Branum; brothers, Bobby Branum and wife, Kim, and Kevin Branum and wife, Leandra; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.
