Julian was born in Muleshoe, Tx on June 8th, 1945 to Cecil and Geneva Berry. In 1962, his Jr. year in high school, Julian’s family moved to Canyon where he finished high school at Canyon High. While in high school, Julian met the love of his life and partner for the next 57 years, Frances Bewayne Kiker. They were married in Canyon on 8/25/1965. On the day of Julian and Frances wedding shower, he received his draft notice for the United States Army. They as a team, would travel from New Mexico to New York, finally finishing their tour in Germany. After the Army, they returned to Canyon where Julian attended West Texas State University and received a BA in Accounting. While in college, Julian had the first of his two sons, Brent Allen Berry, born on March 14th, 1970. After graduation, he worked for a short time in Amarillo before buying an established accounting firm in Hereford Texas. He worked and raised his family there until 1988. While in Hereford, he made lots of his lifelong friends and his second son, Casey Lee Berry, was born on 10/23/1975. In 1988 it was time for Julian to make a change, so he moved his family to Arizona to work in private practice and remained there until 1994. Texas was calling and they moved back to Canyon. Julian took over an accounting firm in Amarillo where he stayed for the next 30 years until his retirement in 2021.

Julian’s main love was his family and specifically his eight grandchildren, Colton Berry, Seth Berry, Isabella Berry, Max Berry, Samantha Berry, Kaia Berry, Joslyn Berry, and Julian Berry. He loved spending time with them in any capacity.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Cecil and Geneva Berry, his brother Larry Berry, and sisters, Ellen Berry and Glena Berry.
