Obituary for JANE DONDLINGER-STOCKETT

Services will be 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at the Wayside Community Church with Tom Stribling, Byron Williamson, and Bill Dorsey officiating. Interment will be at Wayside Cemetery. She will lie in state at Happy"s Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 11 at Happy"s Memorial Chapel from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Jane Dondlinger-Stockett was born on August 25, 1947 in Aurora, Missouri to John and Carolyn Russell. She was a professional seamstress and owned and operated Jane"s Upholstery in Amarillo for many years. She will be remembered for her hand sewn, personalized gifts for each member of her family every year. She was preceded in death by a son, Kris Robbins, and two sisters, Genevieve Russell and Glynna Russell. Jane is survived by her husband, James Stockett, of the home; parents, John and Carolyn Russell, of Amarillo; daughter, Kim Reinauer and husband, Art, of Pensacola, FL; son, Mike Dondlinger and wife, Georgia, of Happy; daughter-in-law, Heather Robbin, of Houston; grandchildren, Zac Dondlinger and wife, Bethany, of Amarillo, Isaac Dondlinger, of Amarillo, Wyatt Robbins, of Houston, sister, Charolette Wagner Roe, of Claude; eighteen step grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; two nieces; and one nephew. The family suggests memorials be to the Wayside Emergency Team, PO Box 131, Wayside, Texas 79094-0131.
