Born September 9, 1930, in Lost Prairie township Arkansas, Helen Norwood was a picture of love, strength and endurance for family, friends and every community in which she lived for almost 91 years. Helen passed on to heaven the morning of July 30, 2021, in the home of one of her children and surrounded by family.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Charles "Charlie" Norwood and was blessed with four children, Rodney Norwood, Kathy Norwood Latham, Becki Norwood Crouch, and Lisa Norwood Browning, seven grandchildren, Miel Norwood Fajen, Danny Norwood, Marlo Latham Wade, Steven Latham, Shanda Crouch Hall, Matthew Grabbe, and Jayson Grabbe, and twelve great grandchildren, Stephen Fajen, Nate Fajen, Shea Fajen, Sydney Wade, Micah Wade, Sutton Wade, Carter Latham, Adalynn Latham, Caleb Latham, Julie Hall, Kayson Grabbe, and Kennedi Grabbe.
