Visitation will be from 12:00 to 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 5 at Brooks Chapel in Canyon with a Rosary following at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be said at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 6, 2006 at St. Mary"s Catholic Church in Umbarger with Rev. A. Moses Kallarackal, CMI, officiating, and Deacon Bill Dorsey assisting. Burial will be in St. Mary"s Catholic Cemetery, Umbarger. Frankie Lois Stocker was born on March 15, 1918 near Dozier, Texas. She graduated from McLean High School. She married Earnest Albert Stocker on December 31, 1939 in Amarillo and was a full time homemaker. Mrs. Stocker was preceded in death by six sisters, one son, Daniel Leo Stocker, three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Earnest, of Umbarger; five sons, Eugene Stocker, o Krum, TX, William Stocker, of Canyon, Charles Stocker, of Umbarger, Glen Stocker, of Canyon, and Jeffrey Stocker, of Umbarger; three daughters, DeAnna Stocker (Magera), of Afton, TX, Aline Stocker, of Amarillo, and Frances Dorsey, of Canyon; twenty five grandchildren, and forty great grandchildren.
