Obituary for CLINTON PHILLIP PRICE

He was born in Vega, Texas on October 21, 1936. He graduated from Vega High School where he was an outstanding athlete and ran the mile at state. He was a collegiate athlete in both football and basketball. After his graduation from West Texas State University, he taught in the Amarillo Public Schools. He was involved in farming and ranching and worked in the commercial building industry for over thirty years. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Price, of the home; one daughter, Kim Heathington and husband, Kim, of Canyon; one son, Vince Price and wife, Melinda, of Plano; two grandchildren, Brandy Nogle and husband, Shane, of Canyon, and David Heathington, of Amarillo; three great granddaughters, Reagan, Savannah and Trinity; one brother, Wilburn Price, of Vega; one sister, Wanda Milburn, also of Vega; and many relatives and friends.
