Graveside Service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 5, 2006 at Dreamland Cemetery with Dr. Stan Coffey, Pastor of The Church At Quail Creek, officiating. Arrie Kesler was born August 19, 1916 to James B. and Carrie A. Smith in Ellis County, Oklahoma. Mrs. Kesler went to Amarillo from Hereford, Texas in 1945, and formerly worked for American National Bank, the Amarillo National Bank and then various bookkeeping jobs. She married Elbert Kesler in 1957, and they lived in the Amarillo and Canyon area, where she was a member of the First Baptist Church of Amarillo and was Secretary of the Sunday School Class she attended. She taught in the Church Nursery from 1964 to 1975. From 1970 to 1993 she worked with her husband in his Oil and Gas Lease Brokerage Business. Arrie lived in the Texas Panhandle all her life until she moved to Temple, Texas in 1995. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Kesler and sister, Virgie Hill.
