Obituary for ANNE ELIZABETH HUBLEY

Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at Southwest Church of Christ in Amarillo with Brad Thompson officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 24, 2011 at Brooks Chapel from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Burial will be in Dreamland Cemetery in Canyon. Anne Elizabeth Hubley was born on April 26, 1981 in Andrews, Texas. She graduated from Canyon High School in 2003. She completed the Hali Project at WTAMU and worked at Advo Companies. She was involved in Special Olympics, FFA and 4H and was a member of Southwest Church of Christ. She loved country music and was proud of her extensive CD collection and her country music autograph "wall of fame" in her pink bedroom, where she enjoyed providing entertainment for her family. She loved all animals, especially cats, and enjoyed working with beads. She loved her family, Wal Mart, and was known as the "Mac and Cheese Queen". Anne was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Ruby Kinsolving, two grandfathers, Londel Hubley and Curtis Baker, and a grandmother, Pearl Crocker. The family would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Sean Milligan and the other doctors, nurses and caregivers for their loving care. Survivors include her parents, Kelly and Brett Baker, and Mike and Julie Hubley; two brothers, Scott Hubley and wife, Jennifer, and William Baker; three sisters, Rebecca Jones and husband, Jon Michael, Christina Whitaker and husband, Will, and Candace Burmaster and husband, Kolby; two nieces, Hannah and Kate; two nephews, Nathan and Liam; grandparents, Jocele Laing, Pat Baker, Robert and Jeanine Aiton, and Shirley Hubley; aunts and uncles, Pam and David Emery, Nancy and Tom Murphy, Sally and Bill Foster, Cheryl Mason, Donna Harrison, and John and Marilyn Aiton; and numerous cousins.
